De las empresas relacionadas con el sector de la hosteler\u00eda y la restauraci\u00f3n que se han presentado a este certamen, Le Bistr\u00f3 ha sido el ganador en cuanto a conciencia social y con el entorno.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Las iniciativas que m\u00e1s han gustado y han posicionado a Le Bistr\u00f3 a la cabeza han sido el concurso \u201c<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>El Chef Invitado<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u201d y la propuesta que actualmente se est\u00e1 llevando a cabo de \u201c<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>El Buen Caf\u00e9<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u201d. La primera de ellas anim\u00f3 a estudiantes de hosteler\u00eda de Valladolid a presentar sus recetas e intentar incluirlas en la carta habitual del restaurante.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">La iniciativa de \u201c<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>El Buen Caf\u00e9<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u201d va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 y pretende comprometer a Le Bistr\u00f3 con los problemas sociales de la ciudad. Durante octubre, las ONGs y asociaciones sin \u00e1nimo de lucro de Valladolid han podido presentar sus candidaturas. La entidad que resulte seleccionada recibir\u00e1 cinco c\u00e9ntimos de euro por cada caf\u00e9 que se consuma en el establecimiento (zona restaurante y Capuccino Bar) durante un a\u00f1o.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Adem\u00e1s tambi\u00e9n se han tenido en cuenta otras pol\u00edticas promovidas por Le Bistr\u00f3 como el <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Desperdicio Cero de Alimentos<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>cartas espec\u00edficas para cel\u00edacos y vegetarianos y veganos<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>carta accesible en braille<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> y la introducci\u00f3n de <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>tazas termo reutilizables<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> para disminuir el consumo de vasos de pl\u00e1stico.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Adem\u00e1s Le Bistr\u00f3 tiene <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>convenio con la Asociaci\u00f3n de Celiacos de Castilla y Le\u00f3n (ACECALE)<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> y es el primer restaurante con el <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>distintivo de turismo accesible de Predif<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Todo ello ha hecho que Le Bistr\u00f3 haya conseguido obtener el Premio Nacional de Hosteler\u00eda de la FEHR por sus pol\u00edticas de Responsabilidad Social Corporativa.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">La <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>entrega de premios se realizar\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo 30 de noviembre en Toledo<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.
