{"id":29041,"date":"2017-11-09T13:22:00","date_gmt":"2017-11-09T12:22:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.diegocoquillat.com\/dev\/?p=29041"},"modified":"2017-11-09T13:32:19","modified_gmt":"2017-11-09T12:32:19","slug":"valladolid-convertido-en-el-centro-mundial-de-la-tapa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.diegocoquillat.com\/dev\/valladolid-convertido-en-el-centro-mundial-de-la-tapa\/","title":{"rendered":"Valladolid convertido en el centro mundial de la Tapa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La ciudad vallisoletana ha celebrado estos d\u00edas el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.concursonacionaldepinchosytapas.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">XIII Concurso Nacional de Pinchos<\/a> Ciudad de <strong>Valladolid<\/strong>, seguido adem\u00e1s por el Primer Campeonato Mundial del Tapas, en el mismo lugar, la Cup\u00fala del Milenio.<\/p>\n<p>Por este motivo consideramos que, oficialmente y, al menos durante este mes, Valladolid se ha ganado con creces el <strong>derecho a ser denominada \u2018Ciudad de la Tapa\u2019 en Espa\u00f1a.<\/strong> En el campeonato nacional de pinchos hasta 48 chefs de todas las comunidades aut\u00f3nomas han adaptados sus creaciones y elaboraciones vanguardistas a la forma m\u00e1s tradicional de consumo en nuestro pa\u00eds: las tapas.<\/p>\n<h2>Cada chef debe elaborar 7 reproducciones de la tapa en 25 minutos<\/h2>\n<p>La mec\u00e1nica del concurso es bien sencilla pero no por ello menos fren\u00e9tica ya que, en tan solo 25 minutos, cada aspirante al t\u00edtulo deber\u00e1 cocinar 7 reproducciones de su pincho o tapa para que el jurado, que estar\u00e1 capitaneado por el televisivo y popular <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/albertochicote\" target=\"_blank\">chef Alberto Chicote,<\/a> encargado de dar buena cuenta de <strong>todo lo sucedido durante las jornadas del 6 y el 7 de noviembre en la red social Twitter.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Durante toda la semana y hasta el domingo, la ciudad vallisoletana ofrecer\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s de sus bares y restaurantes todo tipo de tapas, incluidas las candidatas a alzarse con el t\u00edtulo del XIII Concurso Nacional de Pinchos.<\/p>\n<p>Al final <strong>el Mejor Pincho de Espa\u00f1a 2017 es \u00a0la \u2018Ensaimada de cangrejo de r\u00edo\u2019<\/strong>, una tapa que elabora el cocinero<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/igortxochef\" target=\"_blank\"> Igor Rodr\u00edguez Sanz<\/a>, del restaurante <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hamportdesoller.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ham<\/a>,\u00a0y que se podr\u00e1 degustar en el establecimiento vallisoletano Montell\u00e9n<strong>.<\/strong> Adem\u00e1s cinco chefs de de Arag\u00f3n, Asturias, Cantabria, Pa\u00eds Vasco y Madrid tambi\u00e9n han sido galardonados con diversos premios.<\/p>\n<p>Para que puedas disfrutar de lo que se vivi\u00f3 en Valladolid durante estos d\u00edas del XIII Concurso Nacional de Pinchos, te dejamos<strong> lo m\u00e1s destacado que ha llegado a trav\u00e9s de Twitter.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Lo mejor del\u00a0XIII Concurso Nacional de Pinchos Ciudad de Valladolid en Twitter<\/h2>\n<p><strong>1\u00ba Jornada<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"es\" dir=\"ltr\">\u00a1Todo a punto!
