Y es que si la semana empezaba con el<a href=\"http:\/\/www.abc.es\/espana\/castilla-leon\/abci-mejores-tapas-pais-estan-valladolid-201711062005_noticia.html#ns_campaign=amp-rrss-inducido&amp;ns_mchannel=abc-es&amp;ns_source=tw&amp;ns_linkname=noticia.foto&amp;ns_fee=0\" target=\"_blank\"> XIII Concurso Nacional de Pinchos<\/a>, celebrado los d\u00edas 6 y 7 en la Cup\u00fala del Milenio, hoy mi\u00e9rcoles 8 ha comenzado el <strong>Primer Campeonato Mundial de Tapas Ciudad de Valladolid<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>De un evento gastron\u00f3mico con gran calado a nivel nacional, hemos pasado a uno de envergadura internacional. Nada m\u00e1s y nada menos que el Primer Campeonato Mundial de Tapas, el cual aglutinar\u00e1 las <strong>peque\u00f1as creaciones de cocineros llegados de todas partes del mundo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En total, 15 +1 profesionales especializados en Tapas optan finalmente a conseguir el t\u00edtulo de Campe\u00f3n del Mundo para sus respectivos pa\u00edses. El +1 se debe a la presencia del chef del <a href=\"https:\/\/restauranteatrio.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Restaurante Atrio de C\u00e1ceres<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/es-es.facebook.com\/MontesONE\/\" target=\"_blank\">Alberto Montes<\/a>, que ser\u00e1 el representante espa\u00f1ol del Mundial por haber salido <strong>campe\u00f3n Nacional de Tapas en la edici\u00f3n de 2016.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A lo largo de toda la jornada de hoy hemos visto como <strong>en menos de 25 minutos, cada chef ha presentado siete reproducciones de su tapa<\/strong>, seis para el Jurado y una para ser fotografiada y exhibida ante los espectadores. Tras un sorteo de orden, los participantes se han ido incorporando al set culinario cada 5 minutos, suministrando al jurado sus tapas cada 5 minutos, igualmente.<\/p>\n<p>El ganador recibir\u00e1 un premio de 6.000\u20ac otorgado por la Interprofesional del Aceite de Oliva de Espa\u00f1a, as\u00ed como el t\u00edtulo de Campe\u00f3n del Mundo de Tapas 2017 y un trofeo testimonial.
