Expert chefs and cooks 24 countries meet these days in Soria in the I International Competition Cooking with Truffles #CocinandoconTrufa. The truffle has become its own right in one of the most emblematic products of haute cuisine, and today is a revered element and desired by all the chefs in the world.
As jury, once again he participated Alberto Chicote, who has been compared to creations of some of the most prestigious chefs in the world reveling in their dishes Truffle.
This competition is a complementary gastronomic event celebrating the International Mycological Congress Soria Gastronómica, which is held every two years.
