To make this list, TheFork has taken into account different criteria such as the grades obtained by the restaurants during this 2020, the volume of views during this year, visits to the restaurant file and reservations generated. In this way, the TOP100 restaurants are also part of the selection INSIDER ElTenedor, where the best restaurants of the moment stand out, those who have stood out for something special, including also those awarded by the MICHELIN Guide in Spain.
This year has been The Jewish House the one that heads the list of the TOP100 of ElTenedor, presented by American Express. A restaurant located in an old 19th century Indian house in Santander and run by the Catalan chef Sergio Bastard. Your kitchen, recognized by the MICHELIN Guide with the distinction "MICHELIN Plate: a quality kitchen ", mix originality and tradition in equal parts, with an established technique and using local Cantabrian products as protagonists of all its elaborations.
