Tenerife has carried out the I International Food Forum Papa, an event that aims to to value the cuisine of the Canary potato.
During two days, chef’s, experts and professionals in the world of gastronomy have gathered once that aims to encourage exchange of experiences and knowledge among countries.
and Twitter, the impact has been total, especially following an article published in ElPaís.com by food critic, José Carlos Capel which it revolved around the Omelette contest that was held at the event itself.
In his article he highlights the best chef's and teachers tortilleros the country, also telling how it went a contest that ended up absorbing much of prominence in this the I International Food Forum held in Tenerife Pope.
