The following days 21, 22 Y 23 of March I will be in Colombia in the II Hall of Pastry and Pastry Chef "XocoArt", which will take place during these three days at the Sheraton Hotel Bogota.

The purpose of my presence in the South American continent is give a lecture on digital transformation in the restaurant industry and a workshop or workshop about the Main techniques and tools to face the digital challenge in business supply.

This event is supported by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, ProColombia, the Bogota Chamber of Commerce and the Embassy of Belgium, with what surely will be a good opportunity to converse with colleagues from other countries, and check the entire atmosphere in the hospitality industry on the other side of the world.

On the first day of this event will be held a forum with free admission prior registration, where who wishes may attend conferences and panels that will develop the different national and international experts guests. He 22 Y 23 March lectures and workshops will be held.
