Ferran Adriá and Diego restaurants Coquillat discuss the future in the day "The restaurant in the digital age", which will be held at the premises of prestigious training center and gastronomic research Basque Culinary Center in San Sebastian.

  1. We wanted to dabble in this era ago 4 years implementing the tablets as digital letter. We have received more criticism than praise. when a digital chart you can see the photo of the dish. the elaboration, ingredients and allergen, but we put in critical “it says nothing!!!!” how strong_!!!
