The Federation of Chefs and Confectioners of Spain - FACYRE - In collaboration with Popular y Aplus Field Marketing, repeat for the second consecutive year with the organization of the Second Conference GastroBusiness, which will be held next 13 June in Madrid to discuss different points of view on new trends in the food market.

GastroBussiness1GastroBusiness born within the project 'Popular impulse ', designed to support business initiatives in various sectors such as gastronomy,in this second edition will feature speakers from the likes of Ricard Camarena**, Brothers Sandoval (Coke restaurant **) who first taught presentation together, Diego Gallegos (Sollo Restaurante *) O Oops Muñoz (The Quenco Pepa).

The event will bring together in Madrid to more than 200 professionals and entrepreneurs to support the gastronomy

The conference will also feature numerous professionals from different companies like Unilever, Fork, macro, The blue cordon, Platea or Quesos La Antigua as well as representatives of gastronomic marketing as Alejandra Ansón or Diego Coquillat.

This act is a commitment of Facyre and Popular to support hospitality professionals and promote internalization and image of Spanish cuisine, within the annual cooperation agreement the two organizations maintain.

Gastro Business will be held next Monday 13 June 9:30h a 14:00 at the headquarters of Popular (C / Ortega y Gasset, 29).
