For second consecutive Year, the fair Hospitality Innovation Planet (HIP) Madrid will bring together entrepreneurs and managers of hotels and restaurants in order to share the latest trends and innovations. Of the 19 al 21 February, HIP will have two pavilions at IFEMA, about 30.000 m2 consolidating it as the reference event for the Horeca channel.
