For second consecutive Year, the fair Hospitality Innovation Planet (HIP) Madrid will bring together entrepreneurs and managers of hotels and restaurants in order to share the latest trends and innovations. Of the 19 al 21 February, HIP will have two pavilions at IFEMA, about 30.000 m2 consolidating it as the reference event for the Horeca channel. More of 300 companies have already confirmed their participation as exhibitors, and companies like Booking, Campofrío, Coca Cola, Fork, Europastry, Pascual quality, Schweppes, Unilever Food Solutions, Diageo, Fagor, Heineken, Ilunion, Oms y Viñas Y LG will contribute to the contents of Congress.
The rate exceeds accreditation 32% registered in relation to the same time last year. "After the success of HIP2017, this year we expect overcome 12.900 visitors of the previous edition, the most important time of year when everyone is preparing the tourist season ", states Manuel Bueno, director of HIP.
