I have the great pleasure of introduce my second book published under the title “The Digital Transformation of Restaurants”. A work born of the reflections of the different authors who collaborate in the digital newspaper DiegoCoquillat.com and mine own, on the process disruptive change in the global restaurant industry it is due to the impact of digital environments and the new technologies.
