Hostelco, the International Exhibition of Food & Equipment Exhibition, Hotel and Community, announces a new edition of the Hostelco Awards in order to recognize excellence and innovation in nine categories on different projects, products and services of the HoReCa. Best concept Restoration, Best Product of the Year and the Best Project Interiorista are some of the prizes awarded by the jury composed of professionals from the sector and the chef Carme Ruscalleda, Godmother of the event.
Prizes will be awarded within the framework of Hostelco next 20 April during the gala evening of the hall will bring together professionals, entrepreneurs and operators of the sector. The 9 awards cover four broad categories: Hotels and tourist accommodation, Restoration, Products and the foodservice industry professionals.
Carme Ruscalleda, godmother of the Hostelco Awards and one of the most prestigious chef in the world, He said that "it is a great honor to participate in these awards. In the field of restoration, the "Best Restoration Concept" will be awarded, the "Best Kitchen Project", the "Best Project Interiorista", and the "Best Restoration Project Collective". further, Prizes will be awarded to the Best Product of the Year and the Best Professional of the Horeca channel.
The prizes will be awarded after analyzing innovation, improving the customer experience, as well as the best interior design project, considering their consistency with the essence of the hotel or restaurant, the originality of the design, the comfort provided to customers, the use of sustainable materials and the application of technological art solutions. Likewise, It will be awarded the hospitality company that has achieved the best Repositioning, or more efficient central kitchen, among other recognitions.
On the other hand, the award for the "Best Product" of the year will be awarded to the team, machinery or accessory that has an innovative design, to submit the application of technological systems related to connectivity or scanning, that is sustainable and obtained successful results testable. This category includes only items presented by companies exhibiting at Hostelco.
Award for Best Professional Career, meanwhile, It will be awarded to the "Best Professional Horeca" who holds a trajectory long aimed at promoting the Horeca sector to the least one of its multiple aspects.
We will accept applications from national and international companies, products or services between the 2018 Y 2020 and can demonstrate the implementation of policies of corporate social responsibility, and the use of systems to ensure sustainability, respect for the environment and the rational use of resources.
