Best Arroces launch took place in HIP 2018 (Madrid) with the presentation by Kiko Moya, boss of Escaleta and awarded two Michelin, Sara and Nicholas, winner of the last edition and chef restaurant Voramar. Both chefs made a live workshop where they explained the different varieties of rice that can be found in Spain.
