Quique Dacosta (Winner 2018)   

Extremadura and Valencian chef, Self-taught and dedicated to his restaurant in Denia "El Poblet", known today as the "Quique Dacosta Restaurant" and for which he has earned three stars from the prestigious Michelin Guide in years 2002, 2006 Y 2012. It has become its own right in the standard bearer for the creation of a new Valencian cuisine.
