Another Basque chef, donostiarra on this occasion and triumphs with its restaurants, based in Mexico, as well as on TV. It belongs to the producer of Arguiñano, from which he has conducted several programs in Spain. In the year 2010 Biko restaurant is included in the “The World’s 50 Best Restaurant Awards”.
